Cooking, Baking, Designing and Decorating cakes are my passion.

I have worked in some great establishments through my career as a chef, including working in 5 star hotel for 9 years and michelin star restaurants 
 and have applied my artistic talent to cake decorating.
I am mostly self taught but have taken cake decorating classes.

I specializes in creating unique designs that are not found in your traditional bakery along with moist delicious cakes and buttercream made from scratch.

I currently run my business from home which is fully inspected by the local authorities and I have a Level 3 Supervising Food Safety in Catering.
